Xbox as your Home Media Center

I did this and I have two things to say about it! First: It is AWESOME! XBMC on my Xbox is the cat's meow! I can't stop raving about it as my friends with the rolled up eyes can attest. Second: The modding process is, well not hard exactly, more along the lines of arcane and not well documented! But doable and the payoff is oh so worth it.
