MS Word tip

As a software trainer, it seems I've seen all there is to see in basic programs like MS Word. However, every once in a while, I stumble across a new feature or I learn something new and then my joy knows no bounds. :)

MS Word has a built in thesaurus. To access it, select the word for which you need a synonym or antonym and press shift+F7. Make sure you choose the correct meaning before choosing the synonym. Enjoy.
