Chickpea Ragout


Many of you know that I cook. Many of you know that I am an absolute snob about how good something must taste to be considered worthy of my time ;) . This is a delicious chickpea ragout (stew) recipe from my hero: Jacques Pepin. It takes less than 10 minutes to prepare and it's ready in another 20 minutes. Yummy! Thanks Jacques.
